We currently provide delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location, order type, and delivery partner coverage.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location, distance, product availability, and order volume.

For the Western Region, delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on distance, delivery schedule, product availability, and order volume.

The minimum delivery time is 24 hours from order confirmation. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, or delivery partner delays.

3. Next-Day Delivery

Next-day delivery may be available for selected locations and selected products, depending on order time, product availability, and delivery capacity.

Delivery is not guaranteed before 24 hours from order confirmation unless confirmed by Bait Al Joud Foodstuff L.L.C.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before the customer completes the order.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order value, order size, or any special delivery requirements.

5. Customer Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details, including:

• Full name

• Correct delivery address

• Mobile number

• Building, villa, apartment, or office details

• Any special delivery instructions, if needed

Bait Al Joud Foodstuff L.L.C is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Customer Availability

The customer must be available to receive the order at the delivery location.

If the customer is unavailable, does not answer the phone, or provides an inaccessible location, delivery may be delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled.

Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduling or repeated delivery attempts.

7. Food and Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some of our products, especially chocolates and other food items, may be sensitive to heat or improper storage.

We take reasonable care to pack and deliver products in good condition. However, once the order is delivered, the customer is responsible for storing the products properly.

Bait Al Joud Foodstuff L.L.C is not responsible for melting, damage, spoilage, or quality issues caused by improper storage, delayed collection, leaving the products in hot places, or mishandling after delivery.

8. Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to check the order upon delivery.

If there is any issue such as damaged items, wrong products, or missing items, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos and order details.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

9. Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Bait Al Joud Foodstuff L.L.C is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including traffic, weather, public holidays, incorrect customer details, customer unavailability, or delivery partner delays.

10. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, customer unavailability, restricted access, or refusal to receive the order, the order may not be eligible for refund.

If redelivery is possible, additional delivery charges may apply.

11. Customized and Bulk Orders

Customized orders, corporate gift boxes, special packaging, and bulk orders may require additional preparation and delivery time.

Delivery dates for such orders will be confirmed separately whenever possible.
