Return and Refund Policy

At Bait Al Joud Foodstuff L.L.C, customer satisfaction and product quality are very important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Food Products Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including chocolates, coffee, nuts, dates, gift boxes, and other foodstuff items, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or has a confirmed quality issue.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be approved only in the following cases:

  • The customer received a wrong item.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product has a clear quality issue.

  • Part of the order is missing.

To be eligible, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

3. Required Proof

To review any complaint, the customer must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

  • Contact details used in the order

Bait Al Joud Foodstuff L.L.C reserves the right to reject any refund or replacement request if the required proof is not provided.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The customer changed their mind after receiving the order.

  • The customer provided an incorrect delivery address or contact number.

  • The customer was unavailable to receive the order.

  • The product was damaged after delivery.

  • The complaint was submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.

  • The product packaging was opened, used, or not stored properly by the customer.

5. Customized Orders and Gift Boxes

Customized orders, corporate gift boxes, special packaging, personalized items, and bulk orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once preparation has started, unless there is an error from our side or a confirmed quality issue.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. Bait Al Joud Foodstuff L.L.C is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it is prepared or dispatched.

Once the order has been prepared, dispatched, or handed over for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
